A Quality Pug Breeder
Gold Country Pugs is a hobby Dog Breeder based in The Northern California Foothills between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe. We have been raising pugs since 2015, with a passion for rare colored pugs. Our pugs are part of our family. We focus on making the transition from our loving home to yours as easy as possible. We strive to breed the best animals we can, educate their new owners and ensure these precious creatures get the love, care and attention they deserve. Contact us to learn more about our pug family.
Puppies
Our little puglets are far more than a business to us - they’re family. We breed responsibly and pay special attention to minimizing the known hereditary diseases by having all of our animal's health tested including the puppies that we produce. We do not allow an applicant to choose a puppy until we have a full DNA Panel. Our puppies are de-wormed, given their first vaccinations, given their first round of flea, tick and heartworm preventative and given a thorough examination from our veterinarian prior to release to their new families.
